Will Maven bring the car sharing service back

I would like to know will Maven be bringing the car sharing service back? This program was very helpful and convenient for those who needed to run errands. I miss this service now I have to find another way to get around town. They have Zipcar but I like Maven.

User's recommendation: I recommend they bring the service back and have a cleaning service spray to disinfect the cars between. They can rent the car 24 hours after cleaning. This service is rally needed. Thanks for listening

I just got the message maven is closing down. I can return Friday may 15th at 4pm as thats when i can secure another car and ride after dropping of mavin car. So that im not stranded. Otherwise me and disabled son will be homeless with no car or job .I will also have remaining balance owed on friday at 4pm. Thank you Theresa Said

I signed up to get a car through Maven but my card was declining. After i called several times to see why my card was declining on their end. They resolved the issue some how. When i logged in to reserve a car less than a week later i couldn't log in. I called a number that was given 1844himaven and was told my account was suspended. They can't tell me why and there is noone to talk to. The so called supervisor i spoke with smh. Fire her.

i've only been with Maven since last year after joining Car2Go. i was charged an exorbant amount because i didn't properly end my Reservation. when i was aware of this, i immediately called Maven & the woman made me feel comfortable to let me know since this was an honest mistake, that she won't charge my Account. However, this was not the case. Maven decided to charge my Account for $122.54. Made an email; made a phone call & got the nastiest most vile customer service and thus i made a phone call to my Bank to make a dispute. lets forward to December, my bank made a reversal because Maven returned my money but this is nowhere near true because the following week this same amount was charged. in December i called Maven customer service and was told by some Maven Customer rep that i was charged twice & they would do a dispute on my behalf and GUESS WHAT these bamas tell me that they gave me my money in August but they charged me twice and they don't want to give me my money back???!!?? I took the liberty in closing my Account and not deal with Maven. ill go back to another Rental company. Plus i ain't trying to go to DC just to get a car anyway. this Car service hospitability is awful!!! i won't ever refer anyone to them. Their not worth the headache

THE BOTTOM IS WHAT I WROTE TO THE EMAIL THEY PROVIDED AFTER SPEAKING TO SEVERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHO COULDN'T ANSWER NOT ONE OF MY QUESTIONS Hello: I am trying to figure out why my membership aggrement was cancelled. When I call on the phone they said I had a violation, can I know what the violation was. Also the car was towed from me yesterday without any notice or anything, when I called the tow company they gave me they said they didn't have the vehicle. I left a bunch of items along with my birth certificate in the vehicle. If I would have had notice I would've cleaned out the car. When I spoke to a Maven rep they said they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. I don't understand how my items are lost or stolen when I was in possessin of the vehicle and it was towed through Maven. I am trying to locate my belongs please address this situation along with what caluse in the membership agreement that I broke. Thank you in advance. Hello my name is Matthew Nunes two weeks ago I was in a maven vehicle and I got into a car accident a driver slammed into the driver door as I was turning into my left lane . The AirBags didn’t even deploy could’ve been killed Now I feel as if I’m being robbed by maven because as a customer I’m paying 1,000$ monthly for the car which comes with insurance but now I’ve been in a accident they want me to pay for all damages / deductions also Remind you that when you get a vehicle they say it’s insured but when you get into a accident it’s all costs charged towards your account . Can Someone help me get into another maven vehicle without issues

I been using maven for several months spending money weekly with them. I recently rented a car with them and notice that there was marijuana crums all over the floor mat; it wasnt alot so i just shaked it off outside and then drove to pick up my kid. I noticed on my way that the fuel was very low so i decided to stopped at a shell gas station and realized that the fuel card was missing. I then contacted Maven to let them know that the fuel card was missing and that the car had been a little dirty but not too much. They then advise me to put fuel from my own pocket and then, i should send a copy of the receipt to memberservices for a refund. I returned the car the following day and, 1 day after i return the car i receiced an email from Maven, stating that I have a balance of $169.50 own for level 2 smoke cleaning fee. I was outrage to know I have asthma and i do not smoke and i was been blamed for someone else issue. The email i received from maven with the time and date this issue accured was not even during my reservation period they had all wrong dates amd time. I then emailed and called maven to express my concern to them and my account was suspened and close for violation. They gave me alot of run arounds, there is no office i can go to solve this issue, and this would be too small to take them to court over. They do not care avlbout their customers, and they are expensive. What are we paying so much money for if we cant even get proper customer service. I would advice everyone to stay away from maven.

Poor customer support

Two days trying to get help with a billing issue. Ignored for an entire day and when contacted they basically demanded I had the money ready and then they charged me a fee when if I could have got hold of them on the first day it should have been sorted.
